Statement Jackets & Blogger Hats

Ever since I was little, I've been obsessed with anything that has texture. Furry jackets, embellished leather boots, scratchy coats.... the list goes on forever. I recently picked up a deep plum jacket/coat from Primark, and I haven't taken it off.

It's a real statement piece, that often receives compliments from other women and "ergh" comments from men. Luckily I dress for myself, and I feel like a bloody rockstar in this beauty. It's a great transitional piece from winter to autumn and can be worn over layers (like I have with a black turtleneck) or over a singlet in the warmer months.

Pair with leather flats for a more laid-back look, or go for black pumps to really make a statement.
